Andrew Shadid, Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Andrew is the co-founder of Andry Ventures. He is presently the CEO of Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Chicago. He was named a Modern Healthcare Emerging Leader in 2022 for his leadership of Genesis. He conducted graduate work at Dartmouth Tuck School of Business and holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Wheaton College.
Dr. Hythem Shadid, Co-Founder
Dr. Shadid is the Medical Advisor at Andry Ventures. He presently serves as the President of Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Chicago. Dr. Shadid is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He completed his training in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Illinois–Chicago. Dr. Shadid is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and has been in practice since 1994. Dr. Shadid is the former team physician for US National Soccer teams, and is nationally recognized as a utilizer of advanced technologies in Orthopedic care.
